A glass candleholder hand-shaped to evoke the slender stems of tulip and daffodil varieties. Each silhouette rises with an organic rhythm — no two identical, each reflecting the natural asymmetry of the flower it references.
Clear and Alabaster Hand-Blown Glass
Every piece is made to order and blown by hand in New York City.
The Giardino Segreto series departs from the studio's functional work to study the flower as pure form. First presented in May 2023 as part of A Summer Arrangement at LongHouse Reserve — a site-sensitive exhibition conceived by Object & Thing in collaboration with Colin King — the series explores the tension between strength and fragility inherent to both glass and the natural forms it depicts.
