Bonbonnière I

A small amber glass vessel with clear applied embellishments — compact in scale, precise in detail. The bonbonnière as form has a long history in European decorative arts, traditionally used to hold sweets or small precious objects. This one holds its own as a sculptural presence.

Part of the Tulipa collection, first presented in partnership with de Gournay at their London showroom during London Design Festival 2024. The collection extends the Giardino Segreto vocabulary into vessel forms that reference the porcelain urns and decorative objects historically found in the same interiors as de Gournay's Chinoiserie wallcoverings.
